Aisha is a yoga teacher from more than 20 years and proposes an introduction or improvement of your practice (vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, restorative and more…). Two sessions of 1 hour yoga per day will be provided.

The hotel is a very relaxing place, ideal for work on oneself.
Weather in May is warm and comfortable, yoga sessions should take place in the garden under the olive and palm trees.
